Expressions of terroir
Terraces, vineyards and villages form the soul of these two exceptional terroirs. In the heart of these curves that sculpt the landscape, the winegrower cultivates an art that gives the wines the taste of this land. A land of culture that reaches for the sky. By reinterpreting the land registry maps of the villages of Epesses and St-Saphorin, we wanted to convey the poetry of the winegrowing landscape on our new labels. Because these lifelines and the houses that line them also tell the story of these Chasselas with character. They are brothers in Lavaux, each expressing a typicity specific to their appellation; the first, dominating the expanse, rises in the clay and gains in vivacity, while the second, bordering Lake Lรฉman, is more sensual and draws its freshness from the limestone.
