The harvest season is approaching.

It’s almost harvest time. Weather conditions over the last few days have been ideal for ripening the grapes. Beautiful sunny days and cooler temperatures during the night favor ripening and development of the berries. A good accumulation of sugars and phenolic compounds (aromas) is a decisive factor in the quality of the grapes, and therefore of the wine. We plan to start harvesting Chasselas and red grape varieties in October. We’ll be harvesting our Sauvignon Blanc a few weeks earlier, to preserve its freshness for the future 2024 vintage.
