Winter pruning

Pruning is an important part of vine-growing. It regulates the plant’s production by limiting the number of bunches and encouraging their optimal development. It also helps maintain a balanced vine structure and limit the spread of disease and parasites. Our vineyard manager, Jean-Daniel Berthet, prunes our 10 hectares of vines between December and March.
