In 1992, the Massy family pioneered the planting of Sauvignon Blanc on the Lavaux hillsides. In Epesses, this grape variety develops its characteristic varietal aromas of grapefruit and blackcurrant buds. On the palate, its lively aromas combine with a fresh, fruity texture.
