Dark and intense in color, this Dézaley red charms with its complex aromas. Fruity, spicy notes mingle with vanilla and smoke. The attack is broad and ample, before the wine develops its fleshy side with great elegance. The tannins are racy and mellow, with a fruity, harmonious, full-bodied texture. The long finish is voluptuous. This blend of 3 grape varieties: Gamay, Pinot Noir and Merlot, together with 18 months of barrel vinification, give this wine its distinctive characteristics.
