In 1992, the Massy family pioneered the planting of Sauvignon Blanc on the Lavaux hillsides. In Epesses, this grape develops its characteristic varietal aromas of broom, boxwood, grapefruit and blackcurrant buds. On the palate, lively aromas combine with a supple, fruity texture.
